For the best results
Upload the highest-resolution original photograph you have. Photos straight from a camera or phone almost always print better than screenshots, social-media downloads, or images that have already been resized or compressed.
Accepted file types
JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC (the format iPhones use by default) and PDF.
If a photo is old or damaged
Send it anyway. We’ll look at it honestly and tell you what to expect before your order goes into production — we would rather tell you upfront than surprise you with a proof.
Logos and artwork
For a crisp logo reproduction, the original vector or high-resolution file works best. If you only have a small logo from a website, send it anyway and we’ll advise on the result.
