Every custom order that requires design work includes a proof — a full preview of your finished piece, sent for your approval before production begins.
What happens
Once your design is composed, we email you a link to review it. You can approve it as-is, or request changes with as much detail as you’d like — including a reference image if that helps explain what you mean.
There is no fixed limit on revisions. We work with you until the proof is right.
After you approve
Approval moves your order into production. Because production begins immediately after approval, please review names, dates and spelling carefully before approving — this is the version we will produce.
If you notice something after approving, contact us right away. We can’t guarantee a change once production has started, but we will always try to help.
